Kirsten received her 800-hour certification from Integrative Yoga Therapy, holds a master’s degree in Special Education, and is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and Certified Personal Trainer. As a Certified Yoga Therapist, and Trauma- Informed Yoga Teacher, she has specialized in working with individuals healing from an injury or practicing with a chronic condition, individuals struggling with anxiety or depression, couples, children with autism, and expectant mothers. She has studied various styles of yoga: Anusara, Iyengar, Vinyasa, Restorative, Tantra and Yin.
Kirsten founded Infinity Holistic Wellness & Yoga to be an oasis for practicing yoga, meditation & other healing modalities in the Chicago Loop. The group of talented and experienced instructors on the Infinity team represent a range of specialties, personalities & passion.
