Meditation is the profound gateway to stress reduction and mind-health.
Whether it is fear, anxiety, stress or an underlying current of impatience, the ability to enjoy life fully in any circumstance requires practice and mindfulness.
During this 90-minute workshop, Rajni will spend 30 minutes discussing the physiological effects of meditation and answer any questions.
The meditation experience will be divided into two portions.
A full 30 minutes will be spent practicing Guided Meditation and 20 minutes will be devoted to Simple Sit (silent meditation).
Do not fear if you have never meditated before! The purpose of the workshop is to experience and develop a gentle relationship with the practice.
